HAMBURGER ROLL 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom pieces
1 onion, chopped
1/4 c. chopped sweet pickle (1/4 c. relish)
Chopped parsley
1/4 tsp. dry mustard

Cook beef until not red. Add all ingredients except last 4. Simmer 10 minutes; pour off fat.

MAKE DOUGH: 1/2 tsp. dried sage 1 1/4 tsp. caraway seed

Stir in 2/3 cup milk. Roll dough into a 12 x 9 rectangle. Spread meat mixture on dough. Roll up jelly roll style.

Place on cookie sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 400 degrees. Slice and serve with heated gravy. Serves 6.
