TEA CAKES 
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 sticks butter
1/4 c. buttermilk
1/4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour

Mix sugar, eggs, butter, buttermilk and baking soda until creamy. Add flour, 1 cup at a time. After mixed up, set in refrigerator until chilled. Roll out and cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
