PUMPKIN ROLL 
1 c. sugar
2/3 c. flour
2/3 c. pumpkin
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. baking soda
3 eggs

Mix all ingredients well and put in a greased-foil lined jelly roll pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Turn out, immediately, onto dish towel dusted with confectioners sugar. Roll up in dish towel (jelly roll style) and cool. Unroll and spread with filling. Re-roll cake, wrap in waxed paper and freeze.

FILLING:

1 c. confectioners sugar
12 oz. cream cheese
3 tbsp. butter
1 c. pecans, chopped

Mix all ingredients.
