ICE CREAM DESSERT | |
2 (3 1/2 oz.) pkgs. instant vanilla pudding 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream, softened 1 1/2 c. milk 2 rolls Ritz cracker, crushed 1 cube butter (Chocolate, same as above, use chocolate ice cream & chocolate pudding) Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake crackers and butter for 10 to 15 minutes at 350 degrees, cool. (Save 1/2 cup of crackers for top.) Mix pudding and two cups of milk together, add softened ice cream. Stir to blend. Pour over crust. Keep in refrigerator (not freezer). |
