AUNT GENNI'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 med. chopped onion
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. chopped celery
2 lb. ground beef or 3 lb. ground turkey and 1/4 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. sausage, if desired
1 chicken liver, if desired

Brown onions in large saucepan with garlic. Add rest of ingredients; brown. Add the remaining and cook 2 hours on low heat. Add water if necessary. 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. chopped parsley 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese 2 c. Hunts Tomato sauce 1 c. tomato paste 1 cube chicken bouillon
