SALSA 
4 fresh, red ripe med. sized tomatoes
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. fresh lemon juice
3 whole mild green chilies, diced or fresh green chili pepper (jalapeno or serrano) to your taste
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tbsp. fresh cilantro, minced

With food processor, cut tomatoes in 4 parts and place in processor with remaining ingredients. Chop, using an on-off motion (pulse) until desired consistency. By hand, mince all ingredients and combine in a bowl. Chill 1 hour before serving. Makes 2 cups.
