GINGER FISH 
1/8 c. fresh ginger slice
1/2 c. fresh mushroom slice
2 tbsp. sesame oil can found in Oriental store
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 lb. fish
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1/3 c. soy sauce
1/8 c. water

Cut fish in 3 inch a piece, put in bowl. Add ginger, sesame oil, salt, mushroom, black pepper, soy sauce and water. Mix together and marinate for 15 minutes and steam in a steamer pot for 10 minutes or depend how cook the fish you like.
