STUFFED PEPPERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1 can tomato sauce
1/2 c. rice, uncooked
1 sm. onion, chopped
4 to 6 Bell peppers, halved
Ketchup

Cut peppers in half. Clean out seeds. Steam peppers in boiling water for 3 to 5 minutes. Place in large casserole dish. Mix ground beef, tomato sauce, rice and onion together. Fill peppers. Pour ketchup over top of peppers. Add 1 cup of water to casserole to keep peppers from burning. Cover casserole and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes longer.
