POTATO SALAD 
6 sm. potatoes
1/2 c. water
4 celery stems
2 sm. onions
1 jar olives
3 hard-boiled eggs
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. mustard
1/4 c. milk
Season-All

Cook potatoes in water until soft. Dice potatoes, celery, onions, olives and hard-boiled eggs. Mix mayonnaise with mustard and milk. Add in potatoes, celery, onions, olives, hard-boiled eggs and mix together. Season to taste. Serves 6 to 8 people.
