STRAWBERRY SOUP | |
1 pt. strawberries 1/2 c. white wine (or water) 1 tsp. grated lemon peel 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice Hull strawberries. Slice 3 berries and set aside. In blender, place whole berries and remaining ingredients. Blend at medium speed until smooth. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Serve in chilled bowls and garnish with sliced strawberries. |
