1 stick butter
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 c. flour
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. cocoa
1 c. hot water
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon

Put butter, oil, cocoa, and water in saucepan. Boil. Pour over sugar and flour; mix well. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Bake in sheet cake pan at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

ICING FOR WARM CAKE:

1 stick butter
4 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. buttermilk

Mix these ingredients; bring to boil. Pour over 1 box of powdered sugar. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 cup nuts; mix well and ice cake.
