BAKED CUSTARD 
3 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Dash cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine eggs, sugar, salt and nutmeg. Slowly stir in milk and vanilla. Set 6 (5 oz.) custard cups ins hallow pan. Pour hot water in pan to level of about 1". Pour custard into cups. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake for 40 minutes or until knife inserted in custard comes out clean.
