CHEEZ POTATOES 
4-5 med. potatoes
1 lg. pkg. cheddar cheese
1 sm. onion
1/4 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Slice potatoes, cook with onion, salt, and pepper until tender; drain. Place in long casserole dish. Layer potatoes, salt, pepper, cheddar cheese, and butter; add milk. Cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
