CASHEW CHEEZE SAUCE 
1 c. raw cashews
3 tbsp. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. water
1 (4 oz.) jar pimento
2 tsp. garlic or onion salt
1 tsp. salt (optional)

Blend until smooth. Pour over cooked potatoes or macaroni. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
