CASHEW CHEESE SAUCE 
1 c. water
1/3 c. pimento
1/4 c. yeast flakes
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. dill weed
1 c. raw cashews
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tsp. onion powder
1/8 tsp. garlic powder

Whiz in blender until smooth (2 to 3 minutes). Use as a cheese in cooking (i.e. macaroni and cheese), pizza, or a dip.
