BAKED CLAMS 
3 tbsp. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 cans clams (10 oz. each), chopped
1 tsp. parsley
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice

Saute onion and garlic in butter. Remove from heat and mix in clams, juice, parsley, oregano, bread crumbs, lemon juice. Spoon into clam shells. Sprinkle with bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese. Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
