BAKED CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 cans minced clams & juice
1 onion
1/2 green pepper
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
Velveeta cheese
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 clove garlic
1/4 lb. butter
1 tsp. oregano
Dash Tabasco sauce
Paprika

Chop onion, garlic and pepper. Add to large fry pan with minced clams and juice and lemon juice. Simmer for 15 minutes. Add butter, parsley, oregano, bread crumbs and Tabasco. Pour in small casserole. Cover with Velveeta cheese and Parmesan cheese. Sprinkle with paprika and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve on party rye bread or crackers.
