CLAM CASSEROLE 
2 (8 oz.) cans clams with juice
1 lg. onion, chopped fine
3 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 c. bread crumbs
4 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. parsley, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
Parmesan cheese

Fry onion and garlic in olive oil. Add parsley, oregano and bread crumbs. Then add clams and juice and turn the heat off. Mix until all the liquid is absorbed. Put in casserole and sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes. Very good!
