DAD'S BAKED CLAMS 
3 cans chopped clams, drained
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 finely chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
Several dashes of Tabasco
1/4 c. butter

Saute onion and garlic in butter, mix with remaining ingredients. Fill clam shells or spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with black pepper and Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes. Optional: Cover with slices of white American cheese before baking.
