CLAM BAKE 
1 dozen chowder clams, steam to open, save juice
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. oregano
1 bunch parsley, finely chopped
3 tbsp. olive oil
Seasoned bread crumbs
Paprika
Butter or Parmesan cheese

Mix all ingredients with seasoned bread crumbs to make 20 clams. Sprinkle with paprika on clams, dot with butter or Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, then broil for 5 minutes.
