OVEN MEATBALLS 
1/2 c. skim milk
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 eggs
1 tsp. salt
3 slices bread, crumbled
1 1/2 lb. ground beef

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine milk, onions, eggs and salt. Add bread crumbs, let stand for 5 minutes.

Add meat and mix thoroughly.

Shape into 4 dozen small balls 1 to 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

Place on baking pan and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

Meatballs may be frozen in serving sizes in plastic bags for future use - may be used with any spaghetti sauce or stroganoff sauce.

Yield: 48 meatballs (8 servings). Exchange: per 6-meatball serving - 2 medium- fat meat, 1/2 bread, 1/2 fat. Calories: 222. Cholesterol: 6. Protein: 18. Fat: 14.
