LAURIE'S BROCCOLI CORN BAKE | |
16 oz. can creamed corn 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli (cooked and drained) 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs 2 tbsp. butter (melted) 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tbsp. butter (melted) 1 beaten egg 1 tbsp. instant onion (minced) 1/4 c. sharp cheese (shredded) 1/4 c. cracker crumbs (Saltines) Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup cracker crumbs, onion, cheese, 2 tablespoons butter, and salt. Turn into a 1 quart casserole. Combine 1/4 cup cracker crumbs and 1 tablespoon butter and sprinkle over top. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes. |
