JULIETTE'S HONEY ROLLS 
1 pkg. yeast
1/3 c. water
1/2 c. milk, lukewarm
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. honey
1 egg
2 1/4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in water. Add milk, eggs, salt, honey then flour. Mix and knead. Let rise until double in size. Roll out in circles and brush with melted butter. Cut in pie shaped wedges; roll up. Brush with butter again. Let rise. Bake 15 minutes in 400 degree oven or until golden brown.
