OREO DESSERT 
15 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1 lg. 12 oz. Cool Whip
2 1/4 c. milk
3/4 stick butter, melted
1 c. powdered sugar
1 lg. box instant chocolate pudding

Crush cookies and mix with butter; press half of mixture into 9"x13" pan. Combine cream cheese and sugar. Add 1/2 of Cool Whip; spread over cookie crust and chill 20 minutes. Combine pudding and milk; spread over cream cheese. Put on the remaining Cool Whip. Sprinkle top with the rest of the Oreo crumbs.
