OREO COOKIES DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. Oreos
8 oz. cream cheese
2 sm. pkgs. vanilla instant pudding
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
3 c. milk

Crush 2/3 of the Oreos in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix Cool Whip, cream cheese and powered sugar in a bowl. Mix pudding and milk in another bowl. Pour into Cool Whip mixture and fold, together well. Pour over Oreos. Crush the rest of the cookies and put on top. Refrigerate.
