PERSIMMON DATE PUDDING | |
1 c. persimmon pulp 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. melted butter 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/8 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda Salt (as desired) 1 c. nuts 1 c. chopped dates Mix all of the ingredients together and beat well. Put in a greased loaf tin or in 3 or 4 round tin cans, filling about 1/2 full. Bake 1 hour at 325 degrees. |
