PICKLED VEGETABLES 
1 jar pimento, chopped and drained
1 can butter beans, drained
1 can English peas, drained
1 can green beans, drained
1 onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
2 stalks celery, chopped fine

SAUCE:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. water

Mix sauce ingredients together and pour over vegetables. Let stand in refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
