BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 1/2 lb. round steak or sirloin tip, sliced thin
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. shortening
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. sour cream
1 can tomato soup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. Tabasco
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
Parmesan cheese

Cut meat in 3/4" cubes and dredge with flour seasoned with salt and pepper. Brown in hot shortening. Add onions, mushrooms, and garlic. Combine cream, soup, sauces and green pepper. Pour over meat. Cover and simmer about 30 minutes. Serve over cooked spaghetti and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. May also be served over rice.
