BEER CAKE 
3 c. butter
3 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3/4 c. beer

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter and sugar together. Mix in eggs and vanilla. Add flour and beer. Mix ingredients until well blended. Bake for 32 minutes. Turn oven down to 300 degrees and cook for 13 more minutes.
