2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. melted butter 2 tbsp. sugar 2 c. flaked coconut 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1/4 c. sugar (opt.) 2 c. chocolate chips, melted 1 tbsp. peanut butter Pat graham cracker crumbs and butter into 9"x13" pan and bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix and pour over the crust the coconut, milk and sugar. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes. Top with the mixture of chocolate and peanut butter. Variation: Substitute topping with 6 almond Hershey bars, melted or 6 ounces of chocolate chips and 6 ounces of butterscotch chips. |
