PIZZELES 
6 whole eggs
1 1/4 c. sugar
1 c. oil (Mazola)
3 tbsp. anise flavoring (or vanilla, lemon)
2 tsp. baking powder
3 1/2 - 4 c. flour

Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and add the flour, mixed with the baking powder; mix well. Bake in pizzelle iron. Let cool. Stack pizzelles together (about 12) and wrap in wax paper. Keeps them fresh and crisp.
