HAWAIIAN CHEESE CAKE BARS 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk
1 egg
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 c. flaked coconut

Combine flour, sugar, butter; mix well and pat in 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 19 minutes or until brown around edges.

Mix together filling of: 2 tbsp. milk 1 egg

Beat until smooth. Fold in: 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple (drained)

Pour over baked crust and sprinkle on top 1 cup flaked coconut. Melt 1 teaspoon butter and drizzle over the coconut. Bake 17-20 minutes or until coconut is slightly toasted and filling is set. You can double ingredients if you want to fill a 13x9 cake pan.
