HAWAIIAN CHEESECAKE BARS 
2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter

Mix flour, sugar, and butter until crumbly, then press into an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

TOPPING:

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
4 tbsp. milk
2 eggs
2 c. coconut
1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained

Beat all ingredients together except coconut and pineapple. Then fold in pineapple, spread over baked crust. In saucepan mix coconut with 2 tablespoons butter until butter is melted. Sprinkle coconut mixture over the top and bake at 350 degrees for 17-20 minutes. Chill in refrigerator for 2 hours, then cut into bars.
