APRICOT WALNUT BREAD 
2 c. prepared biscuit mix
1 c. quick cook rolled oats
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. coarsely chopped walnuts
3/4 c. dried apricots
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together biscuit mix, oats, sugar, baking powder and salt. Stir in walnuts and apricots. Combine egg and milk. Add to dry ingredients. Beat hard for 30 seconds. Turn into a greased 9x5x3 inch loaf pan. Bake approximately 1 hour. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan.
