ASPARAGUS PARMESAN 
1 to 2 bunches fresh asparagus
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese

Clean your asparagus and break off tough ends and discard. Steam or boil whole asparagus until fork tender. Drain liquid and place asparagus in a roasting pan or dish. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese onto top of asparagus and dot asparagus with small dabs of butter. Place in oven and bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes. Butter should melt and cheese should be a light golden color. Serve warm.
