CHEESE PIE 
1 lg. can Pet milk
1 c. sugar
8 oz. pkg. of Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. (sm.) lemon Jello
1/2 tsp. pure lemon extract
1 c. hot water
30 crushed graham crackers
1 stick butter

Mix crackers with butter. Press into 2 (9 inch) glass pans. Chill pie crust. Whip cream in extra large bowl. Mix sugar and cheese. Mix water and Jello and add slowly to sugar and cheese. Mix all ingredients. Fold in cheese then chill. (Mix 1 cup hot water and Jello, dissolve.)
