2 heaping tbsp. mashed potatoes
2 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
Butter, size of 2 eggs
3 tbsp. vanilla

Combine all ingredients and beat well. Pour into 2 unbaked crusts and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
