NOODLE PUDDING 
16 oz. bag med. egg noodles
16 oz. ctn. sour cream
16 oz. sm. curd cottage cheese
3 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs, separated
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 sticks butter
Cinnamon

(From this put egg whites, 1/2 stick of butter, and cinnamon aside).

Boil noodles as per package. Combine in a bowl sour cream, cottage cheese, vanilla, egg yolks, sugar salt and 1 stick of butter. Beat egg whites until stiff and add to above. Add noodles. Grease lasagna pan with butter. Pour ingredients evenly. Cut remaining 1/2 stick of butter into chunks and place on top. Sprinkle cinnamon over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours until top looks golden brown.
