ITALIAN ZUCCHINI 
5 c. sliced zucchini
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Salt and pepper
Mozzarella cheese, if desired
1 sm. can crushed tomatoes

Cook zucchini and drain. Brown ground beef and add onions and peppers. Cook and add tomatoes. Simmer until done. Layer the zucchini and sauce. Bake topped with cheese at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
