DILLY CASSEROLE BREAD 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1/4 c. warm water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. dill seed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1 egg
2 1/2 c. flour

Mix yeast in warm water with 1 teaspoon sugar (this is extra). Heat together cheese and butter until warmed. Add sugar, onion, dill, soda, salt, and egg to yeast. Stir well. Add cheese-oleo mixture. Stir well. Add flour and mix well. Cover. Let rise 1 hour. Double in size. Stir down dough. Knead a little. Place in greased 8 inch round casserole, 1 1/2 to 2 quart. Let rise 30 minutes. Bake in 350 degree oven for 40-50 minutes. Brush with butter and sprinkle with salt when out of oven.
