2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
24 vanilla wafer cookies

Beat all ingredients until smooth. Put vanilla wafer cookie into paper cupcake liner. Fill 3/4 full with cheese cake mixture. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes, until center is set. Top with fresh fruit or canned pie filling.
