ORANGE CRUNCH CAKE | |
1/2 c. chopped walnuts or pecans 1 c. graham cracker crumbs 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. melted butter Mix and press in bottom of greased cake pans. CAKE: 1 box Pillsbury yellow cake mix or Duncan Hines orange supreme cake 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. orange juice 1/3 c. oil 3 eggs 2 tbsp. orange peel Mix and pour batter on top of crunch layers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. FROSTING: 1 can vanilla ready to spread frosting 1 c. Cool Whip 3 tbsp. grated orange peel Mix together and spread on layers with crunch side up. Garnish with mandarin oranges and mint leaves. Store in refrigerator. |
