BUTTER HORNS 
1/2 lb. butter
2 c. flour
3/4 c. sour cream
1 egg yolk (save white)

FILLING:

3/4 c. raisins
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix ingredients together. Knead with hands; shape into a ball. Wrap in waxed paper and chill at least 2 hours or overnight. Cut ball of dough into 3 parts. Roll out each part on a floured board into the shape of a circle.

Mix filling ingredients together. Sprinkle filling mixture over entire circle of dough. Cut into 12 pieces, like cutting a pie. Starting at widest part, roll each piece and shape into crescents. Brush each with egg white. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes until golden brown. Makes 3 dozen at least.
