TURKEY & STUFFING BAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 1/4 c. boiling water
3 1/2 c. stuffing mix
1 can French fried onions
1 can cream of celery soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. turkey (or chicken), cooked
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas, thawed

Combine water and butter. Put in stuffing mix and toss. Stir in 1/2 can of French fried onions. Press stuffing into bottom and sides of a 9 inch pie pan. Combine meat, soup, milk and peas. Pour over stuffing. Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Top with remaining onions and bake 5 minutes more.
