TWICE BAKED POTATOES 
Clean potatoes and bake in 425 degree oven for 50 to 60 minutes. Cut slice from top and scoop out baked potatoes. Mash and then add hot milk and butter, salt and white pepper. Keep whipping with a beater or masher until smooth and then take a fork to make them extra fluffy. Bake an extra potato to make more mashed potatoes.

6 potatoes
1 tsp. salt and pepper
6 tbsp. butter
1 c. milk

Pile into baked shell and dot with butter. Brown in a broiler - watch. Cheddar cheese can also be used over them.
