TACO SOUP 
1 lb. hamburger meat
1 small onion, diced
3 cans stewed tomatoes
2 cans pinto beans
2 cans hominy
7 oz. chopped green chilies
1 pkg. taco seasoning
1 pkg. dry ranch dressing mix
2 1/2 c. water

Cook hamburger meat and onion in skillet until done. Combine the seven other ingredients in at least a six quart or larger pot and heat. Add meat mixture to vegetable mixture and bring to a boil. Simmer a few minutes and is ready to eat or freeze for later. Yield: 1 gallon.
