GEFILTE FISH (Made With Tuna) 
3 eggs, lightly beaten
8 tbsp. matzoh meal
1 tsp. salt

II:
1 can (7 oz.) white tuna in oil
1 onion, grated
1 tsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

III:

1 qt. boiling water
1 stalk celery, cut in 2 inch pieces
2 onions, sliced
1 carrot, sliced

After mixing the ingredients in Group I together, let stand in refrigerator for three hours. Combine with the ingredients in Group II, and form into four separate gelfilte balls. Drop above balls into mixture III and simmer 1 1/2 hours. (Serves 4.)
