1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
7-UP to make a dough about like pancake batter
1 egg white whipped stiff

Cut fish into bites. Salt and drain dry. Fold egg white into batter. Dip fish bites in. Fry in hot deep fat. Don't crowd.
