OVEN FISH CHOWDER | |
1 lb. haddock 2 potatoes, diced 1/2 c. boiling water 1 lg. onion, diced 1/4 tsp. dill 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 bay leaf 1/4 c. dry white wine 1/4 c. butter 1 clove garlic, crushed Parsley 1 c. 2% milk or cream Put all ingredients except milk or cream in casserole. Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until potatoes and fish are cooked. Add milk and serve. Serves 2. |
