PEAR PIE 
2 c. peeled and diced pears
1/2 c. sugar
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt

Mix together and pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 30 minutes in 350 degree oven.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. soft butter

Mix together and sprinkle on top of pie and return pie to oven and bake another 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
